Hard to beat a team when you give them 2-3 chances on every offensive possession.
No energy. How is it possible that we play better on the road than in Hilton?!

And I hope nobody says, well since we lost it will be a wake up call blah blah blah.. how many wake up calls does this team need?! We couldn’t buy a bucket in the last 7-8 mins. Terrible effort from players and coaches.

Does it really matter that we lost this game... no we will be in the big dance regardless we were long shots at the regular season title that is still possible, but now just further long shots. As long as they start to pick up play like they had been playing, and that carries over to the tourney to make a run, this will all be what ifs.

Team is like Jekyl and Hyde - exactly what a realist would expect from such youth. Coaching probably could have been better, but you could see the guys didn’t stick with what Prohm tried to change at the half. They came out with defensive intensity and had good success and regressed back to sloppy 15 foot jumpers and soft defense.

On offense, nobody methodically attacks the paint, everybody settles for jumpers that just aren’t consistent enough.

I actually think coach has over taught the team to be selfless to the point nobody stays aggressive and takes the game over unless they just happen to get hot from deep.

Shayok tried but his shots just haven’t dropped for about 2 weeks now and it’s killing us.

Where are the Prohm stans to come tell everyone that they’re stupid and these home losses are acceptable?

ISU continually one and done on the offensive end and Baylor gets 4 or 5 shots at the bucket on their offensive end. It is time to put Condit in with either Jacobson or Lard. The Clones make a D3 guy look like he is all conference. Athletic teams reveal Jacobson's short comings. How many think Wigginton is going pro at the conclusion of this season?

Fans are getting upset with mediocrity. I can't blame them. How much longer is Prohm going to be able to stick around with seasons like this? Hopefully we go far in march and he is redeemed.

A possible 5 seed (or so) is mediocre? What kind of entitled little ******* do we have in our fan base?

True. And then Baylor adjusted to that quickly while we didn’t. And then kicked our ass the rest of the way in.

Actually the did not really adjust to it, they just stuck with throw it up and get the board,
They shot 43% okay but not great, but when you get 2nd and 3rd chances.. well.

Between our struggles out of timeouts, the lack of in game adjustments, the refusal to consistently go for two for ones and our insistence on taking 10-15 of the worst shots in basketball (the long two off the dribble) every game it is no wonder our efficiency wavers so much.
To Prohm’s credit he is very limited by the fact that he has no idea which Lindell will show up in each game. The inconsistency is one of the major reasons he needs to stay.

I don’t know the real answer to what the problem is but it’s really getting freaking old. When we used to lose on the road we could excuse it away with it is tough to win on the road and that was true for the most part. Losing at home is just flat out embarrassing. We shouldn’t lose at home much ever and especially not when we have as good of a team as we have. Something has to change.

Can’t do it with just 7. Need another big, especially with signs Jake is beginning to wear down. We’re still good though, still time, still bullish, but as the season moves forward you gotta adjust.

You would think these young guys would play better at home? Haliburton turned down several open looks. He must understand that he has the ability to stretch the floor. I am really tired of Babb.
