Valid question, but I honestly just think Smart is a bad coach. He caught lightning in a bottle at VCU 1 year and everyone was way to quick to anoint him as a great up and comer.
Said it when it happened and I'm sticking to it... losing to them at home was unacceptable.
Yeah, that one is really going to sting, we had them beat if we could have made free throws. We them February 16th in Manhattan again, expect another slugfest.
I think the problem is that his Havoc style works with low-ranked recruits, but when you're getting blue chip guys, they don't want to play a gimmick style.

I didn't say they'd win but a low scoring game helps WVU because their offense is nonexistent.
WVU playing bad combined with the refs absolutely bending WVU over.... gonna be a blowout for Tennessee by the time its over.
Ready for this big game. First time I get to root for Kansas in a while. Bill Self is a guilty pleasure of mine though.
OU is up 26, so at this point the Big 12 is guaranteed at least 5 victories
