Fran and his boys come to Hilton next year. I’m sure it will be crazy.
It sure would have been nice to have Solomon out there against Cook. He's going to match the strength, and he's going to find him and put a body on him when the ball goes up. Lindell would have been nice too with his ability to shoot the three, and get into the lane.
Smarter offense and back to the scrapping for loose balls kind of play helps too.
84 points despite being that awful on offense says there's still capabilities there.
Things had been a little too good for ISU so last night can be a good thing. The key will be not letting a weird environment and opponent playing with their hair on fire to carry over.

Driving home from work last night listening to the pregame on the radio I thought to myself, I think I’d rather have Solomon available tonight instead of Wigs.
Oh really? Would you care to elaborate?
All I have to say is Pemsl should have been tossed and Little Fran is a punk ass *****. Kid deserves a Nancy Kerrigan.
Georges Niang is from Massachusetts. I daresay he is nearly the same fan favorite level that Fred was as a player.
I love the players that choose Iowa State. Where they are from is immaterial.
There are only two words for that game. SUPER. BOWL. What the hell is wrong with Iowa? I actually felt bad for Bohannon that game, he looked like he didn’t want to go along with that game plan.
Yeah it was all defense and rebounding that killed themYeah, that's where our depth will really pay off for us this year. We will have the ability to make match up adjustments based on the teams we're playing, and Solomon would have been the obvious adjustment last night. Would have been nice to have Lindell's shooting ability out there tonight, but offense is not where we lost this one.
Yeah thought that guys didn’t attack the lane enough. It sure would have been nice to have Solomon out there against Cook. Naz and George are probably my two favorite Cyclones ever, I am convinced they understand how the fans feel about them better than any players that have come before them, and like you said they are from the east coast and the other isn't even from the US.
The crazy thing is that our offense could have and should have been better. Bad ball movement, poor shot selection, settled for threes (especially in the first half). And yet we still scored 84.
Bohannon's never been great, but he basically sucks this year. Honestly didn't see that coming.
If anyone from Hokdom claims that ISU played well last night they're even more delusional than I thought.
ISU may have even played worse last night than two seasons ago.
