I thought that we would win this as long as our intensity matched or exceeded the intensity of the Hok's native Iowans. Other than Lard in the first half, I think we showed intensity (Lard was MUCH better in the 2nd half, btw). It's hard to overcome poor FT shooting, lack of defensive rebounding, Moss and Baer having career-best shooting halves, and the Thug factor (Pemsl) - the first two things in that list we had complete control over & didn't execute.

I didn't think the defensive intensity was very high at all untio it was too late and offensively ISU was tentative and lacked patience.
