If we can just win the "turnover" stat, then we can win. Our defense will keep us in every game and give us a chance to win against anybody we play this season...

Defense needs to create turnovers and the Offense needs to move the ball and be "Turnover Free".......That's my Rx for beating gary patterson and the froggies.

And Remember GO Cyclones.............

Gotta get at least one out of the next 3, or we have no shot at going to a bowl. Might as well make it tonight and take the pressure off so we can just take the next two while we're at it, right?

Go Cyclones!!
How about they win the next three? This game is certainly winnabel, they take care of an highly over rated OSU team and beat WVU at home behind a pumped up crowd? No reason to think it won't happen.

Gonna be a long day of waiting and most other interesting games are also at night.

Would be fun if ISU 'finds it' and is better than they have been and gets a win.

That's what I meant when I said "might as well win tonight...... take the next two also while we're at it." That's winning the next 3 by my math. Tonight, and then the next two.

All I'm saying is that if we don't pull at least one win out of the next 3, we'll be 1-5, and making a bowl at that point will be extremely (not impossibly) difficult.

Need a couple turnovers, also need to do a better job containing the qb. Could be a long day if we let him scramble for 1st downs all day.
I think the bbn offense looks more like the OU game, and we keep it close.
Still... 33-35 TCU

Howard on game day briefly mentioned things could get out of hand early since TCU will be ready to go. Always like to see the media thinking it could be a blowout...

Well, realistically, it could be a blow out. TCU will look to go over the top.

It's like when people freaked out when they picked Iowa. You mean, the favorite at their home field with a game under their belt? Blasphemy.

Over the top as in stretch the field? Ruth is the only guy that gives up the deep ball. I am sure he went play today.
OFf to help a friend move so glad the game is at 6. Go Clones!

Watching West Virginia for first time.....Wow, good team. Strong team. Quarterback has no hesitation at all.....I haven't seen anything like it for us since sophomore year of Richardson when he had his coming out.
That will be a touigh one for us.

TCU board discussing their QB's injured shoulder/arm. Its not the throwing arm but they believe they wont call as many, if any, QB keepers which should allow our DL to attack.

Good to know, although it is not the throwing arm, I'm hoping it may limit the some throwing motion and ability on certain passes - especially the deep threat.
For our plan, I'm hoping we can get the running game going as the ypg has been disappointing. Also, would like to see Butler get plenty of attempts / looks.
