We can't mention ISU in any thread here, even though this is an ISU site, but we can't bring that information if that contains anything flattering to the unnamed B12 school. So, it's best left 'unnamed' as not to suggest the ISU piece is somehow not valid because the opposite is true, it's a fine accomplishment for the Cyclone program. The list also speaks to Texas in an unflattering but factual way. That trend continues amongst the media; Horns are overrated again. Someone here will dislike the the list, watch and see.

On Wisconsin
It's also important to throw out there that the big 12 scores almost need to be adjusted (and the author of the piece actually kind of mentions that). Because the way they did it was the difference between your preseason and post season ranking for your division (so if you were predicted to finish seventh and finished first you'd get +6 points, and if you did the opposite you'd get -6 points). But they used divisions for everyone but the big 12, so that means that our scores are going to be exaggerated.

Woo, this one goes back more years and speaks to national polling.

Awesome "source" of data. It says that Kansas finished the 2008 season outside of the AP Top 25,

http://preseason.stassen.com/over-under/2008.html

When they actually finished the regular season #4 and went on to win the national title.

If for some stupid reason they are using the "2007" as the 2007-2007 then they are still wrong in saying they finished #7. And there is no way that either is right since both say that KU started the season ranked in the teens when they actually were preseason #4 in both the AP and the coaches poll.

Sorry, dude, that source is garbage.

It’ll be interesting to see how long it takes after Snyder dies or retires for KSU to be at the bottom buttdiddling with KU
