Main channels I will allow but reruns of bill cosby and unsolved mysteries? I am sure there are more cubs fans then the 6 people watching the secondary channels.

There probably are, but I'm guessing the terms of the affiliate agreement make it very clear on (1) the maximum number of games that can be aired, (2) the use/non-use of .2 or .3 subchannels, and (3) the cost to air each game.

Then, combine that with network obligations for the primary channel, and you end up with the broadcast schedule as presented.

I doubt that KCWI/WOI are actively deciding to not air Cubs games in an effort to piss off the fans. Maybe they don't have a choice.

Curious to see what the Cubs do once Heyward is off the DL. Happ has been tearing it up since he's been up and I love LaStella's bat off the bench. Joe says they want to keep 8 relievers (which I dislike. I'd rather have 13 hitters and 12 pitchers). My guess would be LaStella

He's been money the entire time he's been a Cub. Still a ways to go on that contract but so far I think he's been underpaid.

Yeah, I would like to see more than 17 plate appearances out of a guy before declaring him unbeatable. That's a really small sample size.

One of my favorite game times is Friday at 1:20. First of all, they are ALWAYS on MLB Network so out of market people can watch. Second, on Friday afternoon where I have to work, its a great way to make the afternoon go by.
