6.5 seems about right. A lot of unknowns this year. Likely 5 gimmes (Wyoming, Illinois, Purdue, Minnesota and North Texas). Probably favored at Iowa State. Penn State and Ohio State not likely. The other 4 games can go either way but are all on road. So 6 wins is likely and 7 would be a pretty good season with this schedule, IMO.

No they surprised. IOwa schedule is a meat grinder this year. B1G schedule is rediculous, and the conference is gonna be real good again this year.
