Watch out for Harbaugh and Michigan this year. I think they are too low in this ranking.
Also, Willie Taggart left South Florida locked and loaded as he headed off to Oregon. Can Charlie Strong keep it going? I guess Dodd thinks he can...

Having a Texas team ranked that just went 5-7.....I'm shocked.....NOT.

They have talent, but I'm not buying it until I see it.

Interesting to see WVU still in there given their low returning starters numbers shared earlier.

Dennis Dodd is a guy I have a lot of respect for, but I think he's sleeping on Boise St this year. Big time playoff sleeper.

Don't forget, Michigan has the Pope on their side after Harbaugh gave him some sneakers.
False.

I think Wyoming could be a top 25 team. They return a ton and might have the best QB in college football.

He's a really good QB, but that ain't a top 25 team.

With all they have coming back they definitely have a chance. Especially since their early schedule has Iowa and Oregon. Beating two power 5 teams could put them in early rankings.

If they win those two games it would give them a chance, but a school like Wyoming losing a couple of draft picks could be hard to overcome. And they weren't great last year. I could see them being in the top 40 or 50 range.

They were really close in 4 of their losses. and in the Nebraska game they were in it in the 4th quarter. I am a big fan of their coach and I see them as a team that will continue to ascend. But they don't have a huge margin for error.
