My wife and I are looking at a new home. We found a spec home built by Cosgrif Development in the Des Moines area. Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about this company? Thanks
They built my home in 2005 and so far I am happy with it. I don't have much of a background in housing development, but it seems to be better built than some of the other new construction homes we looked at when we bought in 2008.
