Anyone watch the first episode last night? 24 has always been one of my favorite shows and I wasn't sure if they could pull it off without Kiefer. The show has a different feel without him but I'm definitely intrigued.

I plan on giving it a try. I'll catch it On Demand or off the FOX website sometime later this week.

I never watched the originals, but checked it out last night. I'm intrigued, will definitely watch the second part of the premiere tonight.

The originals were great. I believe they're on Netflix and would highly recommend watching.

I have all the originals on DVD. I used to watch them while on the treadmill. It usually made the time go by while walking. Something I really need to start doing again. #fatass

Dang, was hoping they would rerun the premier before hand. Thanks.

EDIT* Nevermind, looks like they already have the full episode on Fox, that was quick.

We have it on DVR but were all too spent by the Super Bowl to watch yet.

I absolutely loved the series with KS, so will definitely watch it when I have recovered from sports.

Just watched the first episode. I'll be watching the second when I get the time.

I have liked the first couple episodes. The ending of the second episode is reminiscent of 4 story lines. They gave away too much in previews already for episode 3.

Yep. This is turning into the exact same show just without Kiefer and the new guy is playing the part well. Very much inline with the original series.

I have only watched the first episode but I agree that it seems to be following the same scenario which of course was a good recipe for success. I'm a little disappointed we didn't get a "DAMMIT" in the first episode. I wonder how many times Jack Bauer shouted that in all those seasons.

Silly me: I should have realized there is a wiki page dedicated to just that. It's not as often as I thought.

Anyone still watching? They are pretty much following the same formula that made 24 successful. This new guy is going to keep up the "whatever it takes" philosophy.
