It's really sad to see this season unraveling. Prohm took the job at ISU because it's a great program with tons of potential and it's a great job. Well... I hope he isn't regretting that decision now watching one of the senior leaders of the team turn this whole thing into a train wreck. This is the kind of crap that can haunt a program for years to come. I respect the hell out of Prohm as clearly he has been fighting this garbage since he arrived in Ames.

Prohm really does have a tough job. Don't get me wrong, I feel sorry for no man that makes over $1 million a year, but meeting expectations is a brutal task for a new coach in Prohm's shoes. However, there is plenty of season left, plenty of solid resume wine in the bank, and a team of veterans hungry for postseason success. I am still on board with this team and think it will ultimately respond well.

Also, I think it is pretty clear Jameel has never been a leader on this team. It seems like folks might confuse being vocal with being a leader. He has shown the least maturity on the team and a me-first attitude all year.

I've never once thought niang, Morris, or naz were mentality weak. Not once. We must be watching different teams.
