I'm guessing it's up to McKay how long this suspension lasts. If he shows up on Sunday and has a better attitude, commits to the team and coaching staff, he might dress the next game, but probably won't play.

Re: McKay not traveling to OSU?

BDJ? Holberg success story? Kinda sounds like you're bashing CSP.

Nope. Prohm is a good coach. He just hasn't reached Jameel. He gravitated towards "Dooley" for example instead. Give a guy a nickname and he instantly becomes 10% better. This is in the secret coaching handbook. My youngest calls Jameel "JumpKay". Give him a nickname and he'll deliver.

BDJ/Hoiberg was not a good outcome at all, but as much negativity that was spouted about him he's still fulfilled the dream of playing in the NBA. McKay's dream of pro ball isn't done as others have eluded to. Heck, his season isn't done either.

Coach Fennelly had to do a similar thing a year ago with Nicky Moody.

So what exactly happened to bring the suspension on? Can anyone summarize the previous 16 pages?

It started off with some name calling directed at the OP then ended up with some name calling directed at JM with some CSP jabs along the way.

Jameel will always be a victim in his own mind...nothing will ever be his fault, and people that hold him responsible will always be 'out to get him'.

What a diva.

None of us know what's going through his mind. I hope for his sake he works through whatever he's got going on and gets better, whether he's on the team or not.

Jameel will not play in the NBA...he has FAR more holes in his game than BDJ did....he is extremely limited offensively, and not strong enough to bang with NBA posts.
