@TravisHines21: ISU 2016 commit Emmanuel Malou will not make his scheduled official visit this weekend, he tells Tribune. Paperwork issue. Plans to resched.
I don't think it's panic time. I think regardless, if he graduates from Yuba, he's clear with the NCAA. All his prep school problems are washed away at that point, I believe.
I would assume the coaches have a pretty good handle on his progress at Yubu. Malou seems grounded enough that he would be working hard toward that to ensure he graduates.
I read a link once, I believe from Alex Halstedt (spelling? sorry if wrong), that TJ has been frequenting Yuba College to make sure Malou's academics are coming along properly.
TJ has been recentlyh to Malou's practices after his verbal to check on his progress as a player and academics.
Not worried about EM not flying from Cali for a weekend. I am just grateful he has already committed or the Monster Malou thread would be raging right now.
(Still with Malou's Ghost recruitment any change of plans does raise an eyebrow.)
But is Malou even a valid source? I thought Hines only used anonymous sources...for shame.
Why don't we have athletic department personnel helping with paperwork to ensure it all gets completed properly??
Yes, administration is a perfect solution to college kids getting paperwork done on time.
Xavier Simpson cleared it up in the final days before visiting. I imagine this is purely bureaucratic, NCAA paperwork since it is the official visit and everything is paid for. Just a reminder that this is about his visit, not his eligibility.

@TravisHines21: Sounds like the paperwork issue regarding Xavier Simpson's Iowa State visit is cleared up and he's expected on campus tomorrow, per source.

Romello White too, but I think that had something to do with him switching high schools the week of his visit.
If JP needs us to start a "Go Fund Me" account for the Malou's plane ticket Im sure cyclone fanatic can raise enough in a few hours - geez
