Same here. Always mobile, and have this problem more often than not.

I have this problem every so often on the mobile version. Sometimes ads cover the text of the posts and you can't read what's going on.

I just switch over to the full version of the site on mobile when encountering issues with ads.

Thats the downfall of using the site on mobile but in the "desktop" view. It hoses everything.

There is a CF Android app. It's horrible but available.

There's really only one solution here. Ban Beyerball. No more ads getting in the way of his content.

I get this sometimes when viewing the desktop version on mobile. I've never had the problem on any other device. It seems to be some kind of caching issue, I think, it seems to get worse the longer I look at CF on my phone. sometimes if I power it down and back up it clears out again.
