If every fanatic chipped in $10, we all could buy it and it could be the cyclone fanatic house.
This is the true story... of a bunch of random message board posters... picked to live in a house...work together and have their lives taped... to find out what happens... when people stop being polite... and start getting real...

Nobody wants to watch that tape.

$21.96. Unconditional offer. I'm pre-approved with cash in hand. I can be flexible on my move in date.

I will do $41.25 and some belly button lint. My daughter might be mad, but I stole what she had in her piggie bank to buy this. It is sad, because she has more money than I do, but I did supply the belly button lint.

Which is good, because offering your daughter's belly button lint would be SUPER creepy, man.

Now I'm kind of jealous that our house didn't get a CF shout out from Mark...

Then again, he did manage to get us an offer for far more than I thought it was worth.. In a DAY. So I guess I can't complain.

For the record. Zillow estimates or "zestimates" as they are called are crap. They offer no value whatsoever.
Assessed value is not the same as market value. I routinely price and sell things well above the assessed value.

So, I assume the minimal responses to my first post means everyone is on board for the cyclone fanatic house? It will be great, instead of yelling at each other on here, we can do it in the cyclone fanatic house!

You mean Zillow isn't 100% correct?? SAY IT ISN'T SO MARK. That's like trusting that a "CarFax" report is accurate at representing used cars......

I watched Zillow now totally misvalue two homes I've owned. I don't know there hasn't been a bigger push to remove the feature as it probably does more harm than good in the real estate market.

Ah, zestimates. The Earl of the real estate world.

I feel ya, Mark.
