A fun little trend I saw today...
TCU W4
Oklahoma State W3
Texas Tech W3
Baylor W1
Kansas W1
Kansas State W1
Oklahoma W1
Texas W1
West Virginia W1

It would be nice to keep this rolling for a while.

We have a winning streak against every team we played last year except one.

I'm not sure that "1" counts as a streak. I think it at least needs to be plural.

I have always wondered what are the longest streaks we have had against any and all Big 12 teams...For example, I know in the 2000 and 2001 seasons, we had a 5 game winning streak against KU. I know Fizer and Tinsley swept them in 2000, and the Tinsley only team swept them again in the 2001 season, and somewhere we beat them in KC to get 5. I am sure that was the longest winning streak we ever had against any KU team.
It would take a lot of research to do this, but maybe someone has done this already? I cannot imagine ISU having a winning streak of much more than 5 or 6 against any team in any given years. Neb. was always tough in Lincoln, and we never played well in Boulder. I cannot remember if Floyd and LE had a small winning streak against Mizzou back in the day or not. I think Okie State was pretty down in the 70's but so were the Cyclones.

Any thoughts?

As I recall it the streak of 5 against KU started with the last game of the season in 1999 when ISU beat KU at Hilton. Fizer jumped up on the scorer's table with a hand written sign proclaiming that Eustachy was the #1 coach in the country. Before the game Eustachy told the team that if they held KU to 50 points they would win the game. Final score: ISU 52 - KU 50.

What team has ever had a longer win streak against Kansas? Can't be too many if any...

At any rate, that streak represents to me what happens when Roy Williams comes up against good coaching. ISU was good in those years but no way we should be beating KU's blue-chippers (twice) on their home floor. Why recruits still join his teams is beyond me...
