Not tremendously surprising. Anyone who thinks this is going to be a 3 TD game is delusional. With home field factored in essentially NDSU would be a six point favorite on a neutral. I think you could actually see NDSU -3 to -4 by kickoff.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but .eu is a European website, correct? Why do people keep linking a European website that picks lines for an American college football game here like it actually matters?

Doesn't mean anything...but it WILL get the boys even more psyched to crush NDSU. And yes, you shouldn't need extra motivation...but kids can and do get "extra" pumped when they see stuff like this. Guaranteed, it will put a BIG chip on their collective shoulders.

I think we crush NDSU, along the lines of 41-23 or so with them getting a late touchdown...neither team is what it was last season, and in both cases that works in our favor.

Did their staff get a complete overhaul or was it main the HC that left? And didn't they lose a ton of starters? Not saying ISU is going greatly improve, but making an FCS team the favorite @ a power 5 school seems a bit off. The **** do I know though.

Not a big surprise after NDSU handled KSU in the opener last year. ISU has a lot to prove this year, with a lot of new faces on the field and in the coaching staff. Hopefully the team will hit the field with some swagger on offense and some determination on defense. Last year's game against UNI was just a plan embarrassment for the coaching staff, the players and fans.

I wouldn't say NDSU "handled" KSU last year. Didn't they have to score a last second touchdown to win?

It would be a shame if this NDSU team beats ISU on its home field. Back to back seasons with losses to FCS teams would really knock the program back to the Walden years.

A lot better programs than ours have lost to much worse teams outside the bcs; however, to be an underdog at home is bad. I'd like to get to at least the point where that doesn't happen.

Good, as if these kids didn't need anymore motivation, I don't know what to expect from the first game, but I guarantee you this, nobody in the program is taking NDSU lightly because of their FCS affiliation.
