So who is May going to look for in the next episode? Maria something? Does anyone have a guess who that is?

My money is Ward ends up being good and the Hydra agent on the team is either Fitz or Simmons. And out of those two, my guess is Simmons. Triplett made a comment to Simmons a couple episodes back about being a bad liar. She responded, and I am paraphrasing, "Yes, but I am getting better at it." That made me think she will be revealed as a double agent at some point. Also, those two are way too bumbling to not have their ineptitude as a cover for at least one of them.
Ward shot and killed highly ranking Agent Hand (along with many other Shield Agents). Do you really think he would do this simply to maintain cover in Hydra? Seems extreme. He also just killed Oswalt's character. I don't see how they could ever have a scenario where we find out Ward is with the good guys. That is too much bloodshed of agents.
I have watched enough Whedon shows in my day to know that these beyond the point of no return scenarios are rarely the case.Ward shot and killed highly ranking Agent Hand (along with many other Shield Agents). Finally watched the last two episodes, really enjoyed them both. I agree Ward has gone way too far off the reservation to be a double agent. Loved that they brought in Blackout too.
Just a reminder that this is a Whedon joint. Using Buffy as an example: 2 of the biggest villains in that show (Faith and Spike) turn out to be 2 of the biggest heroes in the end. Finally watched the last two episodes, really enjoyed them both. I suspect that the black guy that has tagged along will replace Ward as the young, good looking male interest in the series.
That's what I was thinking too.
Another solid episode. It looks like next week will be at least partially a Ward "origin story". I've now softened my stance on whether Ward will turn back to good at some point, but now I'm leaning more towards he ends up sacrificing himself to save the team.
