Fred vs Drew

Baylor's been on a roll, but this is ISU's year. Clones cut down the nets on Saturday Night.

89-81 ISU

Baylor shut down Oklahoma by taking away their 3pt shooting, daring them to score inside.

Baylor shut down Texas by taking away the interior, daring them to take outside shots.

What's Baylor going to do when they have to shut down both our interior and 3pt shooting?

I know it will be their 4th game but a couple of their games haven't really been that "stressful" on Baylor. Wouldn't count of fatigue being a major issue with them. Hopefully I'm wrong on that though.

Baylor is a tough matchup for us and they are playing as well as any team in the conference, but winning 4 games in 4 days is tough. And we are playing very well also. I think it is close early, but we wear them down late.

Baylor's who I'd rather play.

Holmes is good and a hard cover for us and if Ridley was a big, bad player, we'd have problems.
Of course Ridley may have also been just a fat guy, you just never know.

Baylor will be more entertaining and , if things go well, we'll get a run on them and pull away.

Scott Drew just asked the refs if he could use a couple of tomorrows games time outs.

I suspect they will try to shut down the interior scoring and make us win with the 3. Will we make them? I know we're not a "win by the 3, die by the 3 team", but I think tomorrow that will be the case.

I get around
Clones by 15. Baylor's legs wear out in the 2nd half and ISU is on a roll offensively.

The high altitude will do Baylor in. Baylor is at 400 ft above sea level and the Sprint Center is at 830 ft above sea level. Hilton is at 900 ft above sea level so we're used to the altitude! (just joking) Go Cyclones!!

We have beaten Baylor 4 of the last 5 times we have played them, and they only beat us because Georges and Ejim were awful. Not going to be that way again. Our big 3 will be on and we will win this by 7 or 8. It also helps that Baylor has never won in Hilton, and we'll for sure have the Hilton numbers tomorrow.

I always prefer playing a Scott Drew coached team over any other in a big game. If we keep it close, odds are he'll **** the bed for Baylor.
