How fast do you drive on the Interstate?

Found this one out the hard way in September :/.
Usually 7-10 over. Except the tollways in the Chicago suburbs, 80 in a 55 is just staying with traffic.
All of this in terms of rural driving:
2 lane highways:8-10 mph over(assuming the road is relatively flat and straight)
4 lane divided: 5-8 over
Interstate: 5 mph over

I drive what I feel comfortable with driving.
Night time maybe 5-10mph over
On a clear interstate, during the day, and the weather is good 15-20mph over.
Bad weather=Slower then about anyone else
On 235 at 5am when I go to work I normally drive around 75 (60mph limit) until I get to the speed cameras then I drive 68 for an 1/8th of a mile.
I also find myself driving a little bit slower now that I have a pickup compared to when I had a luxury sedan. If you think about it, it seems pretty ridiculous that a 1973 Surburban can drive the same speed limit as a 2013 Mercedes S class.

If I'm using cruise control I set it at about 3 mph over. If not I am usually about 10 over.
Or if I am on the motorcycle in western Nebraska or Wyoming. I look down and see myself creeping up towards 90- 100 and have to back off, only to start creeping up again.

I'm quite happy that they upped the speed limit to 70mph here recently, as I don't feel the need to go much over that while driving anyway. I usually set the cruise to 73mph and let it ride. It's a comfortable speed, and anything much more than that and you're just destroying your fuel mileage.
Usually 6-8 over on the interstate. *Knock on wood*, I haven't been pulled over for speeding in 15 years.
My brother used to handle the car electronics for the Iowa State patrol. He asked the troopers at what point do they stop speeders. They told him they'll let you go seven, but stop you at eight. Unless they see a radar detector - then they stop at three.
I pay more attention to RPM's then I do speed. In 55 MPH, I usually go about 6 over, which is 2,000 RPM's on my car. On Highways/Interstates wheres the limit is 65 or 70, I'm always at about 74, which is 2,500 RPM's on my car. For me, anytime I get over 2,500 RPM's, my gas mileage starts to decrease pretty fast, and anytime I can keep it at about 2,000, my gas mileage goes up quite a bit.
Not sure what you're trying to say here, they're still plenty effective against radar and laser units used by law enforcement.
Four or five over, but I'm a stickler for being on time so I'm generally not running late or in a hurry. I go a little over the limit just to stay with the overall traffic flow.
And I apologize for going a little off topic, but it drives me nuts on I-235 between 42nd and 63rd when everyone realizes that there are speed cameras set up so instead of dropping to the speed limit or just a little over everyone drops below the speed limit.
