throwback unis, what would you pick?

living up in minnesota i do not get the cyclones tv network so i have been spoiled today being back in central iowa. i have watched ellis hobbs intercept a pass to insure a independence bowl win, i have seen us beat greg ostertag twice and am now watching hornacek start only his fifth game ever against missourah. which got me thinking:

if we were to do throwbacks in basketball what would you pick?

a couple things

1. i am not saying this needs to happen or should happen just asking what you would pick
2. the whole uniform is fair game, warmups included
3. the shorts would not be 1980's short.


i think i would go with the 83 hornacek, stevens, harris' jerseys.

Sleeves are awful plain and simple. I have accepted the fact that I am in the minority on this site when I say I don't like the yellow uniforms, bball or fball. The ones we have right now aren't too bad but it's just too much yellow.

These are my two favorites. I also love that you can by (expensive though) the shorts from the Hoiberg era still. I wish I could find a pair of the golds.

I like the unis we have now. The lettering fits perfect on the front and the font doesn't look outdated. Much of the stuff form 80s/90s looks really dated.
