If there is a press conference, my guess is a new OC, any other personnel changes, and potentially scholarship players leaving the program will all be announced.

not sure about a press conference, but CPR was definitely around to make comment on them. They did a profile on each on Cyclones.com, if I recall correct, and CPR talked about them individually.
