Pure speculation on my end, but Rhoads may be letting him suit up for his last game at Jack Trice and suspending him next year or kick him off the team.
Or, he just really doesn't want to lose to Kansas.

I don't like it. I almost would understand it if we were competing for a bowl game. Still would not. Approve but at least it would make sense.

I'm assuming all of you getting mad at CPR for playing Irving know all of the details of the situation?
If you don't know and are just basing your knowledge off the media, then you may just want to sit back and let CPR coach.

So all you "insiders" with the details, let's hear them. We hear in the news that he was arrested for cutting his girlfriend's hair and leaving her with multiple bruises. Then nothing. Now he's playing. Looks bad. CPR should've addressed it this week and explained why David would be playing. If there's something that would clear his name, tell us.
