Outside of Ejim's incredible night, Naz was a spark early and often. He should start at the 2.
Nothing against Naz as he was one of our 3 best players Sunday night, but reading that quote from him tells me he would embrace the 6th man role and be that huge spark coming in that McGee was last year. I also think Thomas could benefit from staying in the starting lineup to help build his confidence, he hasn't done much to hurt the team and the minutes and experience could help get his shot dropping like it should be
“For someone like myself, I was a part of the team and loved every second of last year,” Long said. “We got to places where I could only have dreamt of as a kid but I wasn’t playing much. Now, the fact that I have an opportunity to play at all I am grateful for any type of amount of playing time and any amount that I can contribute whether I am playing or not. Whether I am the sixth-man or whether I am starting, I am going to bring 100 percent no matter what."

That could go either way. Maybe he's pressing too much because he's starting and coming in off the bench will help him relaxed so his shots start falling more often. Only the staff know what's really going on and I trust them to make the right decision.
I highly doubt Hogue will come off the bench as he has been the guy jumping for the opening tip. I would probably sit Thomas as he is the FR and has struggled just a little. But perhaos if they want to go bigger they ciuld also bring Naz off the bench. Really can't go wrong.
LOL. And possibly even more importantly he has been the guy getting a bunch of rebounds.
