Return trip to KC for NCAA?

We're sitting on an 11-seed right now, per ESPN. I think a win over OU might move us up to the 10 spot and a win over KU could move us up to 8-9. If we win the B12 championship, can we get into the 7 in the KC sectional? Right now the B12 can't have another team there since KU is occupying the #2 seed, but if we knock them off another B12 team could jump in and it might as well be us (even at the 10). Two games in KC to get to the sweet 16 sounds great to me...

Getting Kansas City for the NCAA's would be like a dream come true. Especially if we faced a smaller program from a long way away with little fanbase support. It would be a pseudo-home game for the Cyclones.

Doubtful they would put Iowa State in KC. They tend to protect the higher seeds. More likely someone like Marquette, Wisconsin or K-State ends up there.
