Funniest movie of all time

The funniest movie scene ever is in Ace Ventura When Nature Calls. The hardest I've ever laughed was when 9 year old me saw Jim Carrey being birthed by a rhino.
Movie wise I'm split between Monty Python's Holy Grail and the Big Lebowski.

2 excellent choices! big lebowski is probably my #2 and holy grail is top 20 easily!! super troopers, kingpin and drowning mona would be up there as well... funniest movie scene for me is the ***** salad scene from drowning mona
The Big Legbowski is number 1 for me with Raising Arizona a close second. I don't know what it is about Raising Arizona, but I start laughing when I put it in the DVD player. Every scene has a memorable one liner.
The three that make me laugh the most (and every time I watch) are Raising Arizona, Monty Python and the Holy Grail and Talladega Nights. Up was pretty funny as well.

First thing off the top of my head was Stripes. Then I thought Spaceballs. There are so many hilarious movies, it's hard to come up with a #1.

I too was in complete hysterics from the rhino scene, thought I was the only one who liked it that much.
For a whole movie to me it'd be the original Vacation or Step Brothers.

I know its already been said, Super Troopers is my all-time favorite movie. Could watch that movie 5 times in a row and still laugh all the way through it.
Husband votes for Blazing Saddles. He decided that was a good movie for one of our early dates.

I'm with ya on Step Brothers and Vacation....both are start to finish funny with a replay value that never wears off.
