How in the world is that not reviewable?
Aren't all scoring plays reviewed?
If, in fact, that went down according to the rules, then there's a huge hole in the the rulebook.

Just heard on the broadcast that the Schwartz's throwing the flag was the problem. Since he wasn't allowed to throw it, the Lions couldn't benefit from a review.
That makes it seem like the play was reviewable...but since the outcome would have benefited the Lions, a review was pointless.
I know he will get blame but you see your team getting screwed your dropping flag without thinking. Still a load of bs.Ok, clarification makes sense. It's on Schwartz for throwing an illegal challenge flag. He should know the rule. Screwed himself

if he would have done nothing, the play would have been corrected. It's on him. Whether or not it's a good rule is no excuse for breaking it, or not knowing it.
And it should be a yardage penalty. In no way should that result in points remaining on the board that should not be there.
Exactly should have 15 more yards for Houston from where forsett was downAnd it should be a yardage penalty. In no way should that result in points remaining on the board that should not be there.
Nice decision to bench broyles today. ****
