They have a teflon or kevlar like material they use for military helicopters as the fuel tank that does something similar But that stuff isn't transparent and doesn't really stop it as much as just sealing the hole behind the bullet.

I wonder if they can stop bigger and faster projectiles with additional layers of this stuff. I'm guessing it's still in the development stages so I'm sure someone can improve it. I wonder what it's weight is compared to our current bulletproof glass.

But will it stop a Hadouken? Thats my concern.
