I weighed myself this morning. Between a big BBQ last weekend and gorging myself at fireworks Tuesday night and all day Wednesday I have gained 5 pounds since last Friday.

And before anyone asks this was even after the morning dump to try to shave some pounds off before the scale.

Neither can 90 percent of truck owners. I drive one for my every day vehicle and I have no clue why when we have two 1 ton trucks for the farm. Something smaller would be perfect for me day to day but I still buckle under the stigma that I should be driving a truck.

I got them at a Kohl's. They were comfortable, and they look pretty durable.

I've had a pair of Croc-brand moccasins for a couple years now and no one can tell that they're Crocs unless they look at the sole of my shoe. They're just so darn comfortable...
