IndyCar photos

I'm trying to better organize my web site and have it branch off into four categories. One, being ISU stuff of course. Anyway, to get started I added a new batch of 30 photos from the Iowa Speedway last year if anyone is interested in that kind of racing.

My next thing is the track meet on Friday at the rec center. That'll be a challenge because I've never shot indoor track and it's pretty dark in there, but I hope to get some usable stuff.

I'd love to get into sports photography... who do you shoot for Wesley?

I have had a decent number of photos published over the years, mostly Indycars, but never have made much money from it. I really just love to shoot photos and if I can get them in print that's just icing on the cake to me.
I was just looking at one of my favorites, though, since the wrestling meet is coming up. It was 1987 and I got some photos in Newsweek Magazine. They were running a story on Dan Gable and they wanted shots of him and of the meet. One of the photos is a double page spread. The editor there couldn't believe you could get 14,000 people in for a wrestling meet!!

PM me anytime though, I might have some tips for you!!

My guess is that it is one of many photos of ISU guys wrestling each other, that is why one is going for the pin.
