If I place a bet at 5/3 odds and it later drops to 1/2 odds, do I get paid for the original odds at which I placed my bet, or do the changes in odds after my bet affect my payout?

The odds that you placed the bet stay with the bet. Changes are for future bets.

Click cybookie on top line and then click the info about each betting thread. this will show you the bets by person and odds.

i had a question too. i placed a bet on the pats vs ravens game on monday night. i put almost all of credits on the pats. i must have thought i was just betting on the pats to win. did i really bet on the pats to cover the spread, and not make any credits since it was a close game? so if i bet on ISU tomorrow and say ISU is a 3.5 favorite, does ISU have to win by 4 or more points in order to win credits?

The negative number or positve number needs to be subtracted or added to the score for each individual bet to see how you do.

This is called a point spread, it is used to even the odds to 1/1 when one team is the favorite.

NICE. So, I placed a bet of 10,000 on ISU women making more than 5 threes at a payout of 5/3. Then the odds changed so I place another bet of 5000 on ISU women making 5 threes or less at a payout of 5/1. So I either make 16,666 and lose 5000 for a net gain of 11,666 OR I lose 10,000 and and win 25,000 for a net gain of 15,000. Either way, I have a net gain. Brilliant!

You would be correct, the odds changed to try and get more action on the under.
