When you edit posts you lose credits? Just curious to the rational behind this. No big deal really, just curious.
To save you from adding a post with 10,000 words in it, and then deleting it, repeating over and over until you are rich.
But couldnt you just start a thread and post 15 of the 10k word posts to cheat?
... hmmmmm :idea:But then when they are deleted by a mod, you would lose all those. I suppose if you want to really cheat, you could post 10k words in a post, and then bet all those credits, and then delete your posts. You would be massive negative, but if you won, you would do well.

You only lose the credits if you delete the post because you're in essence rolling back time. This prevents people from trying to post gobs of things that are stupid - that would be reason for deletion - just to up their credits. It's a way of self-moderating.

Mod slapping should be an olympic sport. In the same category as ribbon twirling.
