I don't know that I can really disagree with any of them but I can make an argument for at least another 100 that could be in contention.

Final Countdown is not bad either. I'll take crap for this, but I don't mind Wham either.
Mickey was novel and not so bad after you heard it a few times. Rick Rolled is not that bad, just the video. Believe, there were many more worse songs than these. People just blocked them out of their minds.

This seems like not a list of the worst songs, but the worst ones that still get quite a bit of play today.

There are some on that list i like from time to time.

Safety Dance and Mickey shouldn't be anywhere near that list.

The fact that there's nothing from Miami Sound Machine, Warrant, Debbie Gibson, New Kids, or the gems from crossover wannabes like Don Johnson and Eddie Murphy renders that list a complete and utter joke.

Sorry, but if Falco never wrote "Rock Me Amadeus" you don't have one of the greatest Simpsons moments*:

images

Troy McClure (as Col. Taylor): "Can I play the piano anymore?"

Dr. Zaius: "Well of course you can!"

Troy McClure: "Well I couldn't before!"

*I would post a video, but none of the ones on YouTube are in English!

Its clearly not a "worst" list, and more like a "what songs are you completely sick of" list.

And in that case, Pour Some Sugar On Me should absolutely be on it.

I can't really dispute that list. Most of those songs were craptastic.
