It's Baylor. They make money from donations not actual fans in the stands.

They probably dont from the ISU game. They make their money off of Texas teams coming to town id guess. Games w\o texas teams they often struggle to have 30k attendance. If we were several hundred miles closer to the texas schools, we'd easily average 10k more fans\game in visitors.
