They did, however; make the excellent decision to play 70's style porn music as it was lifted in the video. If you close your eyes you can almost see the mustached pizza delivery guy (video board) approaching the "unnassuming" customer (jacobson building) with his innuendo laden pick up line.

I think they realized that outright calling it an erection and playing porn music would be "classless" in they eyes of the public but the music and calling it the "big pick" maintain a level of class and subtlety throughout the process.
