Lee's Summit, MO
Missouri that is. Jake Knott was in St. Louis to watch his brother Luke throw for 314 yds and run for 67 more. He also threw 4 TD's and ran for another to lead Lee's Summit West to at 44-21 win over Webster Grove, the 25th ranked team by USA Today. It also ended Webster Grove's 27 game win streak. On the TV broadcast, they mentioned Jake playing for ISU several times during the game, pointing out he was there to see his brother play for the first time. Luke is only a junior, and has been taking a backseat to MU recruit Corbin Berstresser at Lee's Summit and Cameron Coffman next door at Ray-Pec. He beat both of them this year. Tonight was his coming out party on a bigger stage and expect him to jump up the recruiting charts big time.

Gotta think with the inherent man love between Rhoads/Knott/ISU that we've got more than a puncher's chance.

How can I ask this tactfully: Why's Jake from Waukee and his brother in MO? TIA!

They moved from Waukee to Misery? And their son didn't revolt? Wow! IB
They are from Missouri. They were forced and cried when they had to move to Iowa in 2002 for their Dads job. Once Jake went to Iowa State his dad got his old job back and they booked it back to Missouri

Lee's Summit is a way cooler suburb than Waukee by any measure, especially when you have the chance to be the QB of a state championship team.

Way up there
Wow I look forward to more insightful post by cyclonejo. Although outing Jake as a crier probably wont gain him much rep.

I got the chance to watch the game on FSN the other night, he looks like a big time player.
