I'm listening on radio, but I know that the NCAA is using the exempt tournaments this year (Like the Global Sports Hy-Vee Tournament the men are playing in right now) to experiment with a "no-charge zone" under the basket similar to what the NBA has. Does that fit the horseshoe you see?
