The nice thing about English is that he has the body to start already on the line. The thing that is really exciting is the fact that he'll be a freshmen coming on to campus giving him 4 years to turn in to a beast.

I was thinking the same thing. So which is it CW?

Since the kid already comitted once and basically says he is looking for the best offer. I hope he holds off comitting until he knows for sure. Even if he would commit tomorrow to us I wouldn't hold my breath.

problem with guys like this is they keep looking right up till signing day. That's one thing I liked about "The Chiz" don't
commit unless you're done looking.

He's a Cyclone when he signs or stops taking visits, at best. A commitment tomorrow doesn't mean anything unless he stops visiting schools.

I don't know but I do remember a kid comitting then taking another visit elsewhere and The Chiz pulled the offer.

I do get his philosophy about honoring committments. But its a kids future. If he feels some other situation best fits him, he has a right to change his mind. Its not like we were running a top 5 program at the time. Not sure if being hardass that early in the campaign was a good fit.

Problem is the kid uses us as a fall back. in the mean time we think we have that slot filled and miss completely when he decommits instead of recruiting someone else.
