Best place to buy kegs in Ames

I just got my kegerator hooked up. Now all I need is the key ingredient.

Where is the best place to buy kegs? (Hyvee, Keg Shop, ect.)
Is one place cheaper than the other?

All I'm looking for is maybe a half-keg of busch light or something else inexpensive to start with.

Also where could I get my CO2 tank filled?

I have always had good to great luck with Hyvee... Usually the managers know what they are talking about, and might even give ya a deal or two if they see you are a regular....

Last year we ordered kegs from Old Main all the time, you've got to give them 48 hours notice though, they deliver them to the keg shop where you pick them up.. and the best part is they were/are $92 a keg, so decently cheap for a keg

For the CO2 tank, go to Praxair on East Lincoln Way, they don't fill them, but you can trade in an empty tank for a full one, I thinks its around $30.
