Just heard it. "Number 1 recruit Harrison Barnes signs with North Carolina after also considering Duke, UCLA and others." Good to know we're in the "others" category. We need to make a statement nationally this year so at least when we lose out on the next hot-shot recruit we get mentioned as a bride's maid.

Who said anything about ESPN owing us anything? Just said they missed an interesting angle. Perhaps I need to write at a third grade level?

True...had they attempted to mention Iowa State, they likely would have called us Iowa or Illinois State anyway.

What bothered me was how ESPN mentioned the five other teams on the bottom ticker and not us. Then once they began the live feed, they cut the Iowa State logo out of the picture. All of the other schools were shown except ours. Why do that?

At one point they had all six logos in the shot and it seemed the camera purposely zoomed in and panned to the right in order to cut the ISU logo out of the shot.

at one point in the espnu broadcast they listed all teams except us. ESPN shows no ISU positives other than CPR's speech, but a coach picks up a Natty Light and they are here in no time.
