Road House Star, Patrick Swayze Dies

I watched Road House with my girlfriend at the time at the North Grand Mall theatre .

It's one of my favorite movies, that along with Tango & Cash and Goonies.

Next of Kin was certainly second to Road House for Swayze movies.

Red Dawn was awesome!

I don't mean this to sound crass, but does this news mean that there will be a Patrick Swayze movie marathon on some channel very soon, even tomorrow? Some of those movies wouldn't be bad to see again.

This is a shame. He certainly outlived most medical expectations, though - a relative passed away three months to the day after she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He gave it a heck of a fight.
