Shorts mistake

Think this is a mistake? I stubbled upon these shorts on ebay, they have Hawkeye colors with a Cyclone logo.

Those shorts are in Scheel's at Jordan Creek in the Iowa State section so I don't think it's a mistake.

I think when the designer/ manufacturer sees how poorly they sell... they'll consider it a mistake.

The sad thing that could happen, is that the company makes the assumption that ISU gear doesn't sell and quites making anything else.
