That was not a tip into the backcourt, thaat was a controlled single handed pass. I'm not sure how you don't call that. Anyone with MORE knowledge of rules can define that for me? A Tipped ball is definitely not a problem, buty rewatching it, it was under his full one handed control and he threw it into the backcourt.
