I have friends that just moved to the KC area and their son has two tickets, lower bowl, and they told me that the PSL for two tickets by their son was going to be in the neighborhood of $20 grand, plus tickets each season and parking. So $10 grand per ticket.

We have an income that puts us well north of average. I can’t fathom people dropping money like that on games.
Got a 75” tv with a much better view. That and I hate crowds.
I would agree, but they want to go to evens with their son, they are empty nesters, and can afford to purchase the PSL.
How long does the PSL last? 10k for a lifetime isn't really that bad. My sister and BIL have had season tickets for the last 5 years and I think they are like 2500/per including parking passes. I assume PSL would give you first crack at any event that goes on there too.
I'm with you. I haven't been to an NFL game since pre-COVID and I can't say I'm itching to get back.
I think they are for as long as you own the tickets. From what my friends son told me, he owns the rights to purchase the tickets and can even sell the tickets for a year and still retain his rights the next year. Quick AI search says that the right for purchasing tickets at the current stadium will end when they move to Kansas, then everything will be reset and new PSLs will be sold to bring in more money. It states that currently PSL are NOT being sold in KC, so maybe that is the work around to actually get control of the tickets. You can sell your rights to someone else.
Those upper deck seats are going to be a mile from the action. Can anyone build a new stadium that even resembles the intimacy of the old ones?
The seats on this look exactly the same. I'm just sick of all the 10 levels of luxury suites everywhere. I kind of like Ford Field in Detroit out of the newer stadiums.

A state like Kansas takes a deal like that 100 out of 100 times. I don't think that most people understand how many cities/states would give up a lot more for an NFL team. This locks them into the state for 30 years. That's 30 years of relevancy in what's easily the biggest professional sport in the US.
Eck I dont know. This cost/benefit is way off. The more details that come out about this deal, the more I am glad Missouri isn't paying for it.

The taxpayers basically just spent 3 billion to have a sports team move across the same town, they will be spending millions in maintenance, and they’ll “own” a facility that will need billions more in renovations at the end of that 30 years. They will NEVER break even on this, not even close.
Congrats to the reaidents who voted this abomination down.
Luckily for Missouri, their backwards politics are ensuring that they won't have to pay for stuff like this for a long time. My guess is that Kansas is working on the Royals too and I would also guess that they will get them.
