Iowa State earned its second commitment to the 2026 recruiting class Monday in Prior Lake, Minnesota’s Ethan Beckman.

The three-star prospect announced his commitment over his social media accounts, and does not yet have a rating on 247 Sports.

The 6-foot-5, 330-pound offensive lineman is the second player at the position to commit to Iowa State in this class, which is notable as we’re still a month away from National Early Signing Day.

Beckman’s only other offer came from Kansas State, although he had received interest from Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Offensive line coach Ryan Clanton and the Cyclones now have four commits at the offensive line position over the next two classes with in-state recruit Will Tompkins, Idaho’s Sione Perkins, and fellow 2026 commit Mason Bandhauer.

With four scholarship freshman at the offensive line currently on the roster, Iowa State is building its depth at the position piece by piece.
