Keshon Gilbert becomes the second Cyclone this offseason to land a deal in the NBA, signing an Exhibit 10 contract with the Washington Wizards per Sean Cunningham.
An Exhibit 10 contract is a minimum non-guaranteed deal that allows a player to play in the NBA Summer League while auditioning for a spot on the Wizards or the G-League affiliate.
Gilbert will play for Washington in the NBA Summer League that takes place in Las Vegas from July 10-20.
In two seasons at Iowa State, Gilbert averaged 13.6 points per game and was named to the All Big 12 Second Team in 2024. Gilbert helped lead the Cyclone to the Sweet 16 in the 2023-24 season but missed the 2025 NCAA Tournament due to injury.
