St. Louis Battlehawks coach Anthony Becht has named former Cyclone great Seneca Wallace the team’s new quarterbacks coach.
The team announced the coaching changes Wednesday

“Seneca is somebody I spoke with several years ago and (I’m) excited we’re able to finally add him to the staff,” Becht said in a release. “As someone who was a dual-threat quarterback at the highest level, he will be a huge asset not just for our quarterbacks, but the entire offense.
Wallace played for Iowa State in 2001 and 2002 before a successful multi-year career in the NFL following his time with the Cyclones.
St. Louis is looking for more this season, after being eliminated in the UFL Playoffs in 2024.
“Last year we took another step forward in making the playoffs,” said Becht. “I’m excited about the experience we are adding to the continuity of our returning staff as we focus on raising the bar and pursue our goal of winning a championship this season.”
The Battlehawks will open the season on March 28 facing Houston on the road (7 p.m.).
