Iowa State had another late add to its 2025 recruiting class, in Salt Lake City offensive lineman Vaea Ikakoula.
The 6-foot-3, 315-pound offensive lineman was originally committed to Stanford, and flipped his commitment Tuesday announcing the news on social media.

Ikakoula had other offers from Oklahoma State, Arizona State, Colorado, Boston College, Cal, Arkansas, Hawaii, Utah State, Washington State and Ore. State.
He’s rated as the No. 102 interior prospect in the country by 247 Sports.
Ikakoula becomes the fourth addition to the 2025 class for Ryan Clanton’s offensive line room, joining Idaho’s Sione Perkins (6-9, 260), Dayton’s Kuol Kuol (6-6, 260), and Cedar Falls’ Will Tompkins (6-5, 270).
The 2025 class will officially sign their national letters of intent on Wednesday, December 4.
