Iowa State will have a transfer portal recruit in for a visit this weekend in former Virginia guard Jalen Warley, according to a report from CBS’ Jon Rothstein.
He’ll also visit Gonzaga this weekend.

Warley, a 6-foot-7, 205-pound prospect left Florida State after three seasons to play at Virginia, but later decided to transfer after the retirement of head coach Tony Bennett.
The Philadelphia native averaged 7.5 points, 2.8 assists and 2.6 rebounds per game last year for Florida State.
Warley fits the mold of players we’ve seen over the years under coach T.J. Otzelberger, bringing a defensive presence to the floor.
He is expected to take another visit to Texas A&M, according to Rothstein’s report, as well.
